Appointments & Booking

Arena Esthetic provides services by appointment only. All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for the client who books them.


Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure all appointments unless otherwise stated. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.

Deposits become non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Arena Esthetic does not store full payment card details.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are not permitted.

Deposits are forfeited once the 24-hour window has passed.


No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

A no-show includes failure to arrive for an appointment or arriving more than 10 minutes late.

No-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Arena Esthetic reserves the right to restrict or refuse future bookings after a no-show.


Service Eligibility & Studio Policies

Arena Esthetic is a women-only studio.

Guests are not permitted at appointments, including friends or children.

Arena Esthetic reserves the right to refuse service for safety, sanitation, or policy violations.


Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent skin treatments prior to service.

Arena Esthetic is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from:

undisclosed contraindications

failure to follow pre-care or aftercare guidance

improper at-home treatment


Right to Refuse Service

Arena Esthetic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, client safety, contraindications, inappropriate conduct, or policy noncompliance.
